Portobello Burgers

Ingredients:

6 Large portobello mushroom caps

1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar

1/4 C Soy Sauce (tamari if GF)

2 T Minced garlic 

1/4 C Worchestershire sauce 

Buns, salad base and/or optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc)


Instructions:

Mix together the marinade ingredients into a large ziplock or bowl with the mushroom caps.  Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Grill the mushrooms for @ 7-10 minutes per side beginning with cap side down.  Continue to brush the mushrooms with the marinade while they are cooking.  Serve on toasted bread or on a bed of lettuce with your favorite toppings (ideas: avocado, tomato, onion, etc).
