Simple and Easy Burrito Bowls

2-4 C Cooked grains (brown rice or quinoa, etc)

2-4 C Cooked beans (black, pinto, or northern, etc)

2-4 C Chopped romaine lettuce or steamed kale 

1-2 Chopped green onions

1-2 C Corn 

1 Avocado 

Fresh Salsa


Spoon cooked grains and beans into a bowl.  Add toppings: lettuce or kale, tomatoes, onions, corn and avocado.  Top with the salsa.
